January 1995 - July 2002

Manufacturer: Demco
Material: Aluminum
Colors: Gold on blue
Dimensions: 6" x 12"
Pairs/singles?: Singles
Notes: The IRP Apportioned program started in Delaware in January 1995. C/L plates were issued with both "C" and "C/L" prefixes. It seems that new registrations were issued starting with C/L 100000, while existing registrations (both "C" and "C/L" plates) received new plates with the same number but with the "APPORTIONED" legend at the top.

Serial range observed:
- C/L 100000+: C/L 100000 - C/L 107596
- Below C/L 100000: No reserved number block, see notes
- C plates: No reserved number block, see notes
