Notes: Senate Bill 185 authorized a license plate to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Delaware State Fair. Numbers 1-5 are reserved for current and past presidents, numbers 6-100 were auctioned off on Jan 12, 2019 (#6 sold for $4,000). There is a one-time $100 cost for this plate ($15 to DMV, $85 to a state trust fund for the benefit of the Delaware State Fair). Any numbers under SF100 require a $200 donation to the State Fair.

Registrants are able to choose their plate number with most special organization types. For example, someone may choose the four-digit year in which they graduated for a school plate type, but that does not mean that over a thousand (or more) of that plate type have been issued.
