Manufacturer: Demco (Milford, DE)
Material: Aluminum
Colors: Dark blue on gold
Dimensions: 6" x 12"
Pairs/singles?: Singles
Notes: University of Notre Dame was the first college to have a license plate in Delaware. Delaware State University was second and University of Delaware was third (February 1996).
